Second Guessing is my Sin
Yes.it is one of my 7 sins.
i should not have second guessed my own system.i should have just pulled the trigger.
By now it would have turned out good.
But its okay.i have found another target.But this time.i feel there is a greater risk involved.Yet at the same time some of the risk are being offset by some factors.i cant confirm as i dont have enough experience.But..experience from buying and selling stuffs tells me i should do it.
it definitely falls into my criteria in terms of price and would fall into my criteria totally in 3-5 years time.but price itself is attractive enough.
We'll see how it goes this week
